How to Reorder PDF Pages with Drag and Drop
Fix scrambled scans and rearrange PDF pages locally with Reorder PDF Pages.
Phone scanners, copied packets, and multi-feed ADFs can leave PDF pages out of order. Reorder PDF Pages lets you fix the sequence in your browser without installing desktop software or uploading the file.
Start by adding the PDF. Each page appears as a thumbnail, so you can see the whole document before changing it.
To reorder pages in a PDF, drag a thumbnail to the place where it belongs. Repeat until the sequence matches the document you want to share.
To rearrange PDF pages after scanning, work from the cover to the final page and check page numbers, signatures, and appendices as you go. This makes it easier to catch a page that was scanned twice or inserted in the wrong section.
If a page is sideways, rotate that individual thumbnail before downloading. You can move pages, rotate them, and remove extras in the same editing pass.
Use Delete Pages when the order is already correct and you only need to remove blank sheets, duplicate scans, or outdated pages. Use Extract Pages when you want a new PDF containing only selected pages.
Your original file stays unchanged. The tool creates a separate reordered copy, so you can revisit the source file if you need a different sequence later.
The processing happens locally in your browser. That keeps contract scans, ID documents, and other sensitive PDFs on your device rather than sending them to a processing server.
When the order looks right, apply the changes and download the finished file. Open Reorder PDF Pages whenever you need to move pages in a PDF, rotate a scan, or prepare a clean packet.
